1. Identify a nurse leader that you would like to interview.

1b. Create a list of 10 interview questions for the nurse leader utilizing your experience and incorporating the professional standards.

1c. Conduct an interview using the 10 questions with a nurse leader and determine how they apply these          standards in their role.
