PEERS RESPONSE:

Good evening Art 101, my name is Anna Taylor and I am from Philadelphia Pennsylvania. I currently am a kindergarten teachers assistant and I am a solo traveling female. I typically take 2 to 3 month long adventures across the world every year by myself. In about four weeks I am going to be sailing across Croatia and I hope to see a lot of beautiful art and be exposed to a whole new culture.

My experience with art I'd say is that I am above average but my taste is extremely eclectic. My understanding of art to me is different because I was blessed to grow up in Philadelphia. We have so many various types of art to view all around the city that I was able to experience from a young age. I have gone to our art museum hundreds of times. I also own a business and it is a charcuterie board business. Some people may not know this but I personally think it is my form of art & expression that I can make these arrangements through color and design and to myself I find them to be beautiful yet not the typical.

When I first viewed “ A fall with the rebels Angels” by Bruegel I felt a sense of chaos happening in this painting. So much is going on and with Bruegel's use of light colors to dark makes you think its good vs evil. It wasn’t just Lucifer to fall from gods grace. This painting makes me feel like I am seeing something new every time I look at it. It lets me judge is it really good vs bad.
