Post your comprehensive response to each of the following:

• After hearing your colleagues’ presentations of their projects and proposals, as well as the experience of working on your own, what are some points that stood out for you? Were there any particular types of program evaluations that might have more interest for you (e.g., needs assessment, monitoring, outcome evaluations) in your own professional work?
• Do you feel more prepared to read, understand, and/or critique others’ proposals for and/or reports from program evaluations?
• Are you interested in future professional development to enhance your own evaluation skills? If so, what might be some activities to gain more expertise and experience, so you could offer this valuable service to agents of positive social change? If not, are there other ways you may use this training experience?
