Patient history and the interviewing process

Discuss any previous experiences with health assessment. What are your strengths and weaknesses in interviewing patients? What cultural differences/challenges have you encountered in healthcare? Please include experience from a nurse point of view who has less than a year of experience the field. The post most be 300 minimum - 500 maximum.
