As you read and complete your coursework this week on diseases and conditions that can affect the respiratory and eyes, ears, nose, and throat (EENT) systems, connect what you are learning to a current or recent article that relates to one of the week’s topics:

· Asthma

· Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD)

· Pneumonia

· EENT condition

· Skin cancer

 

Search for a recent journal article or an article from a reputable source in one of the following areas. A recent article is one that is from the previous 5 years.

 

Consider how the information in the article is important to your future role as an advanced practice nurse in education, administration, or informatics. In your response:
