· Use the template below to guide your construction of a presentation that addresses concepts in the model as they relate to your project. 

· Copy-and-paste the model schematic/picture and use that on your title slide. 

· Create a slide for each element of the model in the order in which the concept is presented in the model guide you access using the link above.

· On the last slide share your thoughts about the Change Model and its usefulness as a framework for designing a change process.
