Job Descriptions

You will see in the job description data, that there is currently no description for eight jobs: HR manager, building supervisor, handyman, custodian, marketing manager, manufacturing manager, warehouse supervisors, and product development designer. Your team needs to develop brief job descriptions for all of these positions using O*Net. They should be similar in length and detail to the “better” examples provided in the database: summary of key job duties, whether there is supervisory responsibility, and minimum qualifications to perform job. Based on your job description, indicate whether the job is currently correctly classified as exempt or nonexempt in the active employee database. Provide the job descriptions in paragraph form, along with the correct exemption status, within your project report.
