Mark wants you to imagine that you are the owner and manager of a specialty clothing store in a medium sized town. You have a line of quality, stylish clothes and a loyal customer base. Now a new Wal-Mart has opened outside of town in a shopping mall. Wal-Mart is advertising its clothing line.
