3. Introduction (state purpose of the report and how it is organized)

5. Statement of the Problem
6. Definition of system requirements
7. Systems Analysis (Process diagrams, user case diagrams, data flow diagrams, sequence diagrams, state diagrams)
8. Design (Entity Relationship Diagrams, Database design, network design, web site design)
9. Recommendations
10. Conclusions (include ethical implications or considerations)
11. Works Cited.
