The point is to demonstrate what you have learned in the class by applying your enhanced understanding in a thoughtful analysis of water sustainability problems.  There isn't just one correct answer to any of these questions.  Questions 4 and 7c, in particular, call for you to weigh alternative responses, then take a stand on what you think is most correct and support that stand.
