Paper

 In 2016, David Thomas wrote a paper, "An Approach to Reducing Federal Data Breaches."  You will need to read an analyze this paper with a focus on the threats reported.  Based upon your analysis construct an attack tree.  Report on the threats you will include in your paper and discuss the attack tree in sufficient detail to explain what the tree is representing.  You will also report on your recommendations to the threat(s) you addressed these recommendations must be supported by your research
