Students will design and implement a transition management strategy, utilizing theories and research discussed in this course to a personal change initiative. Students will write a report identifying strategies, barriers, success, and so on.  Context: The project is designed to help students reflect on the challenges of moving beyond theory to achieve desired goals. Students will reflect on their experience, challenges, and victories. The best projects are ones that students find personally meaningful and challenging (i.e., they have struggled in this area in the past and are excited about making progress in the future). Focus on the application of the theories and research discussed in this course.  Format • Prepare a five-page report. • Ideas must be supported by personal experiences (self-knowledge), scholarly sources, and incorporate biblical principles • Scholarly journals. Use a minimum of three scholarly journals. • Make sure you use APA report format. No running heading, double-spaced, Word document only (e.g., .doc, .docx).
