Concept of assignment (IMPORTANT)


In this assignment, We built marketing team for Procter & Gamble in India. 

We are the leader of this imaginary marketing team. We have 10 team members in this marketing team.


-Imagine you are a manager in charge of forming a new team in P&G marketing department in India .


-Apply the Model of Team Effectiveness as you form your new team.


We have to answer context part and respond these three questions in this assignment.


1. Context: adequate resources, leadership/structure, climate of trust, performance evaluation/ rewards


a. E.g. What kind of group-based rewards would be the best for your team? What is a specific example of group-based reward for your team?


b. What type of leadership and team structure is best fit for the team you chose? Why? 


c. Think of other questions for other dimensions as you see fit



This assignment should be around 1800 words with references.
