Once the proposal includes a sound problem statement, needs assessment, program goals, and objectives, the next step is to determine program alignment. The program alignment will include the strategies employed by the program’s activities to meet the stated goals and objectives.

For example, the after-school tutorial program will require participants to utilize Khan Academy resources when completing homework assignments.

Identify and explain 1–2 program activities for the after-school tutorial program. In your response identify the real/perceived challenges to implementing those activities.
