Overlapping Model of IGR Presentation Preparation

  Deil Wright developed an overlapping model of intergovernmental relations. For this discussion, you were recently hired as a faculty member at IGR University and given release time in its public service center.  You are to develop a ten-slide (not including the title page or concluding slide) PowerPoint presentation to be delivered to a group of local government managers.  Do not develop the actual presentation but summarize what would be the content in each of your potential slides.
