On June 29, 2018 Toys “R” Us shutdown all its stores. On January 20, 2019, the company emerged from bankruptcy as Tru Kids. In this case study, assume that Toys “R” Us hired you as the new chief information officer (CIO) to help relaunch the company into a global e-commerce multinational company.
