Note: The attached research example paper is what my research paper should look likes when I post the assignment over the next week. The attached Water Resource Development Act is a paper you did for me back in July. The professor stated we can use a policy from any organization and do our analysis. This will help you to do the outline based on his example and the research paper later on.
