1. Write an Outline for the Term paper

2.  You may select a topic from Multicultural Law Enforcement class textbook (for example, consider looking at the discussion questions and issues after each chapter; further look at the references used by the authors after a chapter and you would have seen multiple topics that are relevant for the class). 
Also, you may chose a topic from Critical Issues facing policing in the United States.

3.  Cover and Reference pages (3-5 references) are required.  Please, follow APA format.
