Question: Discuss the ideas that are essential while designing an organization. Explain the six key elements in Organizational Design.

Note: 350 - 400 words minimum

Instructions: 

 Please use full APA throughout (use in-text citations and an APA reference list). 

For this assignment, students must use (2) Journal Articles for their research as per the instructions. Books and other non-journal articles should not be used for this assignment. Failure to comply with this instruction would mean students will have points deducted from their grades. 

Your grade would have been improved with more substantive content for this response. 

There was a need for the addition of a third paragraph a conclusion/summary paragraph.

3) A conclusion which restates the main points of your response Followed by APA reference
