OSHA Management Inspections - Research Paper

On a daily basis, representatives of OSHA travel to area businesses to ensure that these establishments are adhering to the regulations set forth by the Occupational Health and Safety Act of 1970.  As OSHA Managers, it is your responsibility to ensure that businesses in your district are compliant with OSHA Regulations. 

Written: Your task is to investigate one area business for violations of the Occupational Health and Safety Act (OSHA).  The format for your reports should include, but is not limited to:

Ø      Opening Paragraph – Business you inspected

Ø      Current Environment & Recommendations

Ø      Violations of OSHA Policies and recommendations for corrective measures for the business you investigate

Ø      Any associated diagrams, pictures, graphs, charts, etc.

Ø      Conclusion

NOTE: You will want to reference information on the OSHA Act for possible violations.
