 Pretend you are an OSHA inspector.  Develop a modified inspection checklist for use in identifying what needs to be corrected in the physical plant either where you work Use Google to find an example of a good checklist and use as a template for your project. The purpose of the evaluation report is purely educational!   This project is worth 75 points.

Prepare worksheet using Excel or Word and upload saved document here.  Be sure that lines are usable (check yes/no, and comments).  Make checklist professional with Title of Checklist. Be sure to indicate in the text box the URL of the OSHA checklist you are modifying.
