2.  "Managing Performance" Please respond to the following:

• You are a contract project manager for a wholesale flowers distribution company. Your project involves developing a website for the company to allow retailers to place their flower orders online. You decide to perform root cause analysis to determine the cost of the migration. Share your finding and recommendation either it is a good to migrate to the new systems or need to have old system. Justify your response.
