Organizational Transformation and Strategic Change

Today’s organizations must remain competitive in light of global economic challenges and other major current events. To do so, they must be willing to transform. In order to transform, organizations often benefit from academically and professionally sound advice from organizational change consultants who are well-versed in transformation strategies and practices. In this Discussion, you examine organizational transformation in relation to the change process.

With these thoughts in mind:

Post by Day 3 a brief description of two strategies of change. Then, using “The Space Electronics Corporation” case study (Attached), explain how one of the strategies you selected may have affected the outcome of the case. Finally, explain how corporate culture was related to organizational transformation in the case.
