Select one of the following organizations on which to conduct research: Alibaba, Berkshire Hathaway, BP, CVS Health, Hilton, Mary Kay Cosmetics, Panasonic, Royal Dutch Shell, Tata Consulting Services, or Valextra. Only organizations from this list are acceptable.

Write an 8-10 page paper including title page and reference page. The submission must be typed, double-spaced, and have uniform 1- inch margins in 12-point Times New Roman font. The organizational analysis will contain the following sections:

Title page
Abstract (optional, but if you include it then do so correctly; use APA formatting guidelines)
Introduction of the organization, including history and background (i.e. founders/leaders)
Organizational strategy
Organizational design and your assessment of effectiveness
Organizational culture
Conclusion - what you would change about the selected organization for improvement
Reference page with at least five peer-reviewed journal sources – APA format required
