Use of the internet and the University Virtual Library is encouraged.

1.  Discuss and explain 6 different types of organizational training. Provide examples for each.

2. Explain why training programs are often ineffective. What are four criteria that can be used to evaluate training programs? Provide examples for each.

3. Discuss the pros and cons of performance appraisals. Provide examples where applicable.

4. Provide an example (either experienced or hypothetical) that clearly delineates the need for organizational change. How was this need recognized? Who was most impacted? How was the change resisted?
