1. Identify the company that you want to research for the three written assignments in the course. The company I choose is, Law Enforcement Agency.

    2. Describe the organizational issue in your chosen company. The issue with Law Enforcement is the recruitment and retention of law enforcement officers in departments all over the world.  The issue of seeking qualified individuals and keeping them.

     3. Explain why the issue hinders organizational efficiency. The issue of Law Enforcement hinders the organization's efficiency because it forces law enforcement to be severely understaffed and limits their productivity all over the world.
