Prompt 1:
I believe a company's culture is in large part influenced by the values of the company and how that influences behavior in the organization. If a company values integrity they will do the right thing by their employees and customers regardless of the situation or cost. If the company values frugality it will watch all costs that effect the bottom line and not always put the employees or customer's satisfaction before profit.
The values and behaviors of an organization impact the employee experience which in turn contribute to the employees satisfaction. Other elements that contribute to the culture are shared beliefs, how companies celebrate success, company dress code and the design of the work environment. It is leadership's responsibility to create and manage culture. Culture can be a huge advantage in a competitive environment. The company I work for today fosters a culture of empowerment, partnership, growth, excellence and humility. Every day we strive to take actions that reflect our values. We have training and coaching programs. I am currently participating in the Franklin Covey Leadership Development program with other senior leaders in my company. My company investing into my personal and professional development makes me feel valued.

Good Communication is process of learning the cultural background and personalities of other team members. It makes the interactions between themselves easier. For a company to be highly productive, there should be effective communication between employees and employers. Ownership gives individuals opportunities to be responsible for their performance results. Usually, the company sets its expectations and gives an individual to build his/her own schedule in order to complete the project assigned. Another element contributing to organizational culture is having a strong mission. A company should have a clearly stated mission and everybody be able to understand it. With this element ,the organization will have an identity and able to stand out from its competitors.
