Organizational charts

 Conduct exploratory research on 2-4 sports leagues (professional or amateur) with a focus on the front office personnel and their roles as well as each league's overall organizational structure. 

 development of a Vision and Mission for the National Women's Soccer League impressed the league's commissioner. He is now asking the group to overhaul the league's organizational structure. Based on what you learned from your exploratory research of other leagues (Step 1 above), design two NWSL organizational charts to present to the NWSL commissioner. The first chart is to be organized by business function, the second chart should be organized by geographic region. Both charts should illustrate all of the job roles/positions you deem necessary for the league to be successful, as well as the reporting relationships of each position within the new and improved NWSL governance structure.  

 Organizational charts must be computer generated (hand written charts will  not be accepted).
