Change is an aspect of organizational growth that can either propel an organization to the top or a lack change can bring an organization tumbling down.  

Your research paper should explore organizational change and included the following:

• Topic 1 - The reasons that change is necessary for a company 
• Topic 2 - How a company can overcome resistance to change
• Topic 3 - Successful and unsuccessful approaches that upper, middle and line manager can take that affects change in an organization

The basic requirements:

• 3 to 5 pages
• 5 sources (2 peer reviewed journals – 1 your textbook or other sources)
• APA format (title page, abstract, reference page)
• College level writing and proper grammar
• Be specific not general in your discussion 
• No 1st person
