Describe the meaning, importance, and origins of organizational culture. 

Discuss cultures of conflict and cultures of inclusion. 

Describe how effective organizations manage their culture. 

Considering everything we have experienced since the pandemic in 2020, politics, racism, sexism, police brutality and much more, how is the climate of our current American culture impacting organization culture today. Explain in detail and provide examples to support your response.
