Can someone assist me with this?

 

For this paper students must address at least 3 out of the 5 bullet points:  

• What is the nature of leadership and the leadership process?
• What are the trait perspectives on leadership?
• What does the concept “substitute for leadership” mean?
• What are the characteristics of transactional, transformational, and charismatic leadership?
• In your opinion, is it possible for someone with little or no charisma to become charismatic? If so, how? If not, why?

Your paper should be a minimum of three pages ( NOT including title page & references page), and no more than six pages,  double-spaced, with a minimum of 2 references (no exceptions). MUST HAVE AT LEAST 2 REFERENCES. NO EXCEPTIONS!
