 How could you utilize Schwartz’s Values and Motives Model to positively influence the outcomes in your workplace or a previous organization? From a business (your organization’s) perspective, why are those motives important to you?   

 

This reflection allows you to examine how values, ethics, and motivations influence your decisions and their subsequent outcomes. It will also get you thinking about the issues related to Organizational Behavior before we dive too far into our course material.
