On the basis of the article above, you are to choose from the four organizational assessment models the one most appropriate for conducting a complete assessment of an organization of your choosing. This should be an organization with which you are familiar and about which you are able to provide an assessment. In addition to this article, look for at least three other articles on the model you have chosen and complete the following:

1. Discuss the premise of the model—how and when was it developed?
2. Explain how the development and use of this model follow trends in the assessment of organizations in the field of organizational consulting.
3. Identify the foundation of the model. How is it best used?
4. Explain organizational issues this model would be most effective in uncovering within your chosen organization.
5. Explain why this model would be most effective in assessing your chosen organization.
6. Using this model, explain what kind of data you would want to collect to assess your organization.
7. Describe what you think this model would uncover about your organization if applied effectively.

 Your final deliverable will be a 6- to 8-page Microsoft Word document. You should utilize three to five scholarly sources in your research. Your paper should be written in a clear, concise, and organized manner; demonstrate ethical scholarship in accurate representation and attribution of sources; and display accurate spelling, grammar, and punctuation.
