organization proposal to handle covid -19

 The topic is to propose an organization to handle the coronavirus problem in US in the short run and in the long run. It must include the legal form as well as the structural form of the organization and the organization architecture, namely 1) assigning decision rights and channeling the right information to the right person, 2)setting incentive and risk sharing plans to motivate the employees, 3)recruiting and retaining the best talents to staff the organization, and 4)objectively and subjectively evaluate the performance of the employees.
