  • Create Your Own Organization Paper (15-20 pages)For a detailed description of what this assignment must include please refer to Ch. 5 of the “Essential Skills Business” textbook. Students will produce a business plan for an organization they would like to create. This organization can either be a Non-Profit Organization, Consulting Firm or a Clinical Private Practice. This business plan will include the following areas:  
  • Name of Agency/Business
  • Mission and Vision Statement
  • Executive Summary
  • Program Concept 3-5 Services/Programs that will be offered with detailed descriptions of how they will be implemented
  • Marketing/Advertising 3-5 ways you will utilize (include a sample brochure, webpage, etc. as an appendices)
  • Organizational Structure to include names of departments and their responsibilities
  • Detailed line-item budget
  • Financial Plan 3-5 Sources of Income (this should include a detailed account of how you will apply and continuously pursue these sources of income)
  • Human Resource detailed strategy and plan for acquiring and maintaining talent
  • Sample Job Description for an Executive Assistant (include as an appendices)
