Organization Development

1. You are an Organizational Development Consultant for a local (wherever you live) company (a real, already existing organization). This can be profit, non-profit, public or private but it must be real and not a start -up or something that currently does not exist.

2. You have been hired to analyze the organization. You are choosing the company, based on your knowledge of the organization and where YOU think the company should go. Choose wisely, not on whimsy.
