Go to the reading “Two Way, Addressable Media” (See Attachment).
Review the media options and explain why each one would be appropriate/not appropriate for your project organization (Sony Pictures) to use. Select two from the appropriate list and explain how the organization can use them to gather information about their customers.
Describe one way the organization could use mass customization to help personalize a product or service.
What additional products or services could this organization provide to your selected customer group to make the customer more valuable? Explain how this product or service would increase the value of a customer? (Such as referrals, additional revenues, keeps you connected to the customer, etc.)
Continue thinking about how your organization may improve its relationship to customers. Include any thoughts you may have at the end of your paper. You’ll use these notes to develop the final part of your project. This week they may be in list or outline form. Include references from the course or other sources to support your recommendations since they will be required in the final project.
