For your final assignment you will compile your Organization Diagnoses 1–3 and incorporate the feedback given to you by your instructor from those previous assignments. Add your final analysis to the end of your document that includes your recommendations for organizational changes, your change management plan, and how you will handle resistance.

Write a report of approximately 1,000 words in which you discuss the following:

Explain the organizational cultural disconnect in your organization and how that leads to dysfunctional cultures.

Develop cross-cultural competencies as part of your change management plan.

Describe how you will handle change and resistance to change as you implement your recommendations.

Include at a minimum of three scholarly sources in addition to your textbook to support your analysis.
