Oregon & Washington Wines and Your Own Meal

America is considered a melting pot not only for people, but also for cultures and their foods. This week you get to choose an ethnic meal with three components and then pair it with three wines that best enhance each part of the meal. Use the wines studied from Week 3 (Oregon and Washington) for the pairing. The Wine/Food Interactive Link is included below to aid in your meal development.

Explain why the wine/food pairing works. You may need to research the Internet for some traditional ethnic fare, if you are not familiar with the foods of a particular culture. Don't repeat the Brats though (SMILE)
