Your  assignment is to take yourself on a date. By yourself. Alone. In a  public place. Prior to doing so, you will submit a proposal/itinerary  that includes the location of the place and what you will be doing  there. You will also have to explain why you chose that specific  location and activity. The ‘date’ must last 45 minutes or longer and  take place in a public area. This can include things such as: a movie,  going to dinner by yourself, going to a coffee shop, taking a scroll in  the park, going to the beach, etc. The purpose of this assignment is to  experience an activity out in the open, doing something you would  normally enjoy, by yourself. Upon completion of the activity, you will  then have to submit a 5-6 page reflection paper on the experience. How  you felt prior to engaging in the activity, during, and after should be  discussed. Have you learned anything about the experience or yourself?  If there was any discomfort, how did you manage through that? Explain in  detail how this experience felt.
