Human resources planning involves forecasting the organization’s talent needs that align with the staffing strategy. Use an organization that you are familiar with or research a company and create a recruiting plan that takes into consideration the organization’s strategy, culture, and labor markets.  

1. Define the core workforce of the organization.
2. Discuss the impact of the labor market, and how to attract the most talented applicants.
3. Finally, assess the impact of culture (organizational and diversity) have on the staffing strategy.

This paper should be 5 pages (not including title or reference pages), double spaced, and include a minimum of three scholarly sources. Also, consider including other trade/industry and government sources for support/ evidence. Properly format your paper utilizing APA guidelines.
