  1. Why would someone shop on the Internet? Buy an iPod? Eat at TGI Friday's frequently? 
  2. a. Why would someone else not make those purchases? (I.e., why would you choose to make these decisions, as opposed to another who might make different decisions)
  3. b. How would you choose one outlet, brand, or model over the others? (i.e., give some key factors as to how you make these decisions). Would others make the same choice in the same way?
  4. (Concentrate on answering "a" and "b" through the top three questions).
