Opinion Editorial
Based on your personal interests and points of view, choose an issue about which you feel strongly and create an essay which expresses your opinion and stance. The article should call on prior knowledge and incorporate a variety of sources to create the strongest possible argument. The possible topics are limitless, but evidence of research and consideration of various possible contingencies must be present. (See rubric)
First-hand interviews need not be conducted, but quotes from other news outlets may be cited with attribution to the publication and speaker. The finished editorial should be about 450-words and should follow AP Style
