· Why you feel there is a niche or area for you to succeed in the market(E-commerce).(My company is Amazon delivery services )

 Need to write on Shipping, customer service, stand out of the crowd during situations like COVID where shipments are delayed. 

· Research other companies in the same market and identify why they fail to provide the goods or service you are offering and contrast them to the goods or services your company is going to offer.(Compare Amazon with other E-commerce company’s and explain why amazon is success and other E-commerce are failed)

· Research other ecommerce in general and show what they provide and what is lacking? 

Example :Ecommerce - shop - desperate to get the delivery - charge - Amazon only offers next day or 2 days delivery with prime membership - (other ecommerce has order limit for 2 day shipping/ not all products/ have to have membership)
