Leadership Profile Paper—Analyze a leader that you are familiar with (an effective boss) or one you have studied (Abraham Lincoln, Nelson Mandela, Margaret Thatcher, etc.—contemporary or historical).

Paper Length 3-4 pages.

Include the following:

 Brief background of the leaders and why they are important (one/two paragraphs)

Discuss how the leader communicated with his/her followers

Effects of the leader’s decisions—good and bad

Your overall assessment of the leader’s effect on their organization/situation and how they will be seen in the future.
