Prepare a 5-6 page narrative report (including exhibits) in Microsoft Word (using the template provided) with at least 6 scholarly sources. Embed your Tableau results with your charts into the Word document. Based on your research, analyze and discuss the trends that you found. Include in your discussion if you found that these results were typical of those in the industry and as a manager how do you feel these results would assist you in making relevant, ethical decisions.
