The evaluative report should include the following features:

II. Explain the corporate culture of the organization

a. Provide information on the work environment (review news releases on the website, press releases, news centers on the website)

b. Explain the organization’s values

c. Provide information on perks and benefits that are provided

d. Explain how these perks and benefits can be classified

e. Do the perks and benefits support the organization’s mission statement and/or values and corporate responsibility statements?

III. Based on your evaluation, conclude the written assignment addressing the strengths and weaknesses of the reward system of the organization. End your evaluation explaining whether the reward system would motivate you to work at the organization.
