Compare and contrast two retail web sites that you believe are in direct competition to each other

(similar perceived quality of products and similar target markets).

c. suggestive selling (upsell/add-ons/complimentary products)

e) A key element to prevent “abandoned shopping carts” is the checkout procedure—compare

and contrast the checkout procedures. You will want to think about shipping information and

charges, return policies and procedures, and convenience of “continue shopping.” This section

will require you to place items in the shopping cart/bag and pretend you are going to check out.
