 Share one of your experiences with an organizational change. The change could be related to a work environment or to another organization in which you participate/have participated. In your original post, respond to the following: 

• Briefly describe the organization in which the change is occurring or has occurred. If it relevant, include a description of your role in the organization and/or your role in the change process. 
• Describe the circumstances that led to the change. 
• Describe and evaluate actions taken by organizational leaders to prepare people for/implement the change.
