Whether it is your first job or your continuing professional growth, training and development is a large part of your work experience. You will have some sort of experience with training and development.
In this assignment, you will have the opportunity to reflect on, discuss, and analyze the training needs of your own organizations.
Tasks:
Respond to the following points:
- Describe the amount and types of trainings employed in your current or former organization. Include examples and support your examples with information you obtain from this module's readings.
- Given the complexity of modern organizations, analyze the manner in which training is changing to meet the different needs of these organizations. Provide at least two examples to support your position.

- Through the end of the module, respond to at least two of your classmates' posts. While responding, focus on expanding the discussion to include commentary and analysis of what your classmates are saying.
